I wanted some black fab soft bun sculpting leggings for the gym and also for leisure wear with chunky boots.. These have ticked every box... I love the feel shape and look of them... They are amazing.. I'm proud to be the owner of multiple sweaty Betty items of clothing... Bought these leggings back in November. After the first wash (washing instructions followed) the seam came undone, creating a hole over the bum area! I can only assume I received a faulty pair which was not up to the usual standard as I have never experienced this with Sweaty Betty Leggings before nor can I see any other reviews that reflect this problem. But this is my first time buying the Super Soft Yoga Leggings so cannot comment on the usual quality. What I would have expected to be a simple resolution has been far from it. After 3 months of back and forth with customer service and despite accepting a replacement (suprisingly no discount offered for the inconvenience / worthless product & service) - Sweaty Betty have still failed to send my replacement leggings or issue a refund. The customer service is far from what I would expect from such a well established business. Beware - if you raise a consumer complaint, they are reluctant to resolve or look after the customer. Sweaty Betty has Champro been my go to for leggings - but this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and I will be looking elsewhere to buy my leggings from in the future. I live in leggings. I bought these for everyday wear rather than fitness activities, but find I am also wearing them for classes, particularly stretch as they do not have a zip at the back. They look good and are bum-sculpting, but their biggest merit for me is that they are so soft and comfortable - so much so that I am having to buy a second pair to wear while I wash the first!
